Return and Exchange

Return and Refund Conditions
No returns will be accepted once the product is purchased, except in the following cases:

• If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
• If there is any damage and defect in the product, we will replace the same product with the one you received.
• In such cases, we will resend the same product. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be given.
• If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 24 hours and provide visual proof (photos or videos).


Exchange Policy
At Bhumika Creation, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. We offer exchange only in case of damaged or defective items.

• Exchange is applicable strictly for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• We do not offer exchange for size issues, color preferences, or any other reasons.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product (same design, same color, same size). If the same product is not available, store credit may be provided at our discretion.

Bhumika Creation reserves the right to deny exchange if the above conditions are not met.
