• The products sold on the website are readymade and custom-made.
• Requests to cancel orders once placed on bhumikacreation.com will not be accepted (If we don't have that outfit after you place your order, you will have to choose something else)
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Bhumika Creation.
• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Bhumika Creation for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
• Normally an order once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of we accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation etc.
• Bhumika Creation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products
• Bhumika Creation does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

• Actual product color may slightly vary from the images due to lighting effects, camera settings, and screen resolution of different devices. Such variations are normal and will not be considered a valid reason for complaint or dispute.
